1. Healthy Food :
Diet is important in order to maintain healthy skin. Try to eat healthy food with plenty of fruits, vegetables etc.

2. Water :
Water helps you to keep your skin refreshing. Try to drink 8 glasses per day in order to remove toxins from body.

3. Sleep :                         
One of the key healthy skin tips is to take enough sleep. If you are not able to take enough sleep then it may lead to problem like dark circles, stress etc.
